Site Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a Site Engineer (Civil) with 6-7 years of experience in High Rise Construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in overseeing and coordinating the construction of multi-story buildings and must be based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Check plans, quantities, bills, and drawings to ensure accuracy.
🔹 Undertake technical tasks such as BBS, BOQs, drawings, and feasibility studies, including site investigations.
🔹 Schedule material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
🔹 Submit daily & weekly progress reports.
🔹 Attend meetings with clients as needed.
🔹 Collaborate with clients, consultants, site managers, surveyors, engineers, and site workers.
🔹 Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualification: BE Civil
• Experience: 6-7 years in High Rise projects or contractor experience
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, BBS, BOQ
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Complete knowledge of construction-related activities on-site
• Experience in handling multi-story building projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
