Description:
To prepare, revise, and manage technical drawings and design documentation required for construction execution, in coordination with the engineering and site teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and modify architectural, structural, and MEP drawings in AutoCAD.
- Convert design sketches and site instructions into detailed working drawings.
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings for construction and handover.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and version control.
- Coordinate with engineers and consultants to incorporate design changes.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and drawing-based measurements.
- Print, distribute, and archive drawings for site and office use.
- Support 3D modeling/rendering as required for presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper backup of design files.
