We are expanding our team at D Elements Furnishers! We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site execution of our interior design and furnishing projects.

Role: Site Supervisor

Location: Karachi

Experience: 3+ years in interior fit-outs/construction

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day on-site execution of interior design projects.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other vendors.
Read and interpret interior layouts, floor plans, and elevation drawings for accurate implementation.
Enforce strict quality control on all materials, installations, and finishing work.
Anticipate on-site challenges and provide immediate, practical solutions.
Monitor project timelines and provide daily progress updates to the core design team.

Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience as a Site Supervisor specifically within the interior design, furniture, or architectural fit-out industry.
Deep knowledge of interior materials, custom furniture building, and finishing standards.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage on-site labor effectively.
Excellent time-management and communication skills.
Bachelor's in relevant field is preferred.
