Al Ghurair is looking for a skilled and proactive Civil Procurement Engineer to join our team.
If you have experience in civil procurement, vendor management, and techno-commercial evaluations, and are passionate about delivering value-driven procurement solutions, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement of materials, services, and subcontract agreements in line with company policies
• Prepare and issue RFQs with project specifications, drawings, and scope of work
• Analyze bids, conduct techno-commercial evaluations, and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Projects, Contracts) for smooth execution
• Monitor supplier performance and contribute to cost optimization/value engineering initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience (GCC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and techno-commercial aspects
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant systems
