Showroom Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a premium in-store experience
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable designs and products
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
• Maintain showroom appearance, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
• Handle billing, cash/card payments, and basic POS operations
• Manage customer follow-ups, order tracking, and delivery coordination
• Maintain accurate sales records and inventory updates
• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with the design and warehouse teams when required

Requirements & Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in a fashion retail or showroom role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
• Basic knowledge of fabrics, designs, and fashion trends (preferred)
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Basic computer skills (POS, Excel is a plus)
