We are looking for an experienced and strategic SEO Team Lead to join our team at Grovers AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO principles, team leadership experience, and a proven ability to drive measurable organic growth.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Develop and execute SEO strategies that align with company goals
• Lead and mentor the SEO team to ensure project efficiency and performance
• Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and competitor analysis
• Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO implementations
• Collaborate with content and development teams to optimize websites and landing pages
• Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
• Stay current with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• 3-4+ years of proven SEO experience (including leadership or team management)
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
• Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills
• Experience in SaaS, AI, or tech-related projects is a plus
