✔ Identify and bid on high-value projects on Upwork & Bark
✔ Craft compelling, problem-solving proposals to attract and secure clients
✔ Handle end-to-end client communication, from lead generation to deal closure
✔ Conduct presentations, negotiations, and secure competitive pricing
✔ Maintain organized bidding records and track performance

Requirements:

📌 1-2 years of experience in Upwork bidding & client acquisition
📌 Strong English writing & verbal communication skills
📌 Expert in client assessment and understanding pain points
📌 Experience in proposal writing & handling international clients
📌 Confidence in achieving sales targets & excellent collaboration skills
📌 Certifications in English or Upwork (preferred)

Industry-Specific Expertise:

📍 Digital Marketing (SEO, Meta Ads, Graphic Design, Marketing) – For Position 1
📍 Accounting & Finance (Bookkeeping, Tax Filing, Compliance, Audit) – For Position 2

Shift Timings:
