Virtesys LLP is looking for a driven, experienced, and results-oriented Senior Business Development Representative (BPO) who can independently generate leads, engage decision makers, and drive new business opportunities in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹Identify potential BPO clients and build targeted prospect lists.
🔹Execute multichannel outreach through cold calling, LinkedIn, and cold emails.
🔹Use data scraping, lead-generation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify decision makers.
🔹Qualify prospects and generate at least 2 qualified sales meetings per week after the initial two-week training period.
🔹Manage CRM records, nurture sales pipelines, and contribute to client acquisition.
🔹Optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue generation.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

🔹5+ years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
🔹Hands-on expertise in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and data scraping.
🔹Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
🔹BPO, outsourcing, or offshore staffing experience is highly preferred.
🔹Excellent communication, negotiation, and prospecting skills.
🔹Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.
