Description:
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior SEO Expert to lead and execute advanced search engine optimization strategies to improve organic visibility, website traffic, lead generation, and search rankings. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, keyword research, analytics, and link-building practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
- Optimize website structure, content, metadata, internal linking, and page performance.
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and SEO KPIs using analytics tools.
- Manage and improve local SEO, international SEO, and eCommerce SEO strategies where applicable.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Develop high-quality backlink strategies and monitor off-page SEO performance.
- Track algorithm updates and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
- Prepare SEO reports and present performance insights to management and clients.
- Mentor junior SEO team members and guide best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or related field.
- 6–8+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs
- SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Moz
- Strong knowledge of:
- Technical SEO
- On-page SEO
- Off-page SEO
- Local SEO
- Schema markup
- Core Web Vitals
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO implementation.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
