 Location: Karachi

We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and professional Sales Coordinator / Sales Operations Executive to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be based in Karachi and will coordinate with distributors across Pakistan to ensure smooth sales operations and market execution.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with distributors nationwide regarding orders, stock movement, and market requirements

• Work closely with dispatch department for timely deliveries and order fulfillment

• Coordinate with accounts department for payment follow-ups, recoveries, and reconciliations

• Liaise with inventory and warehouse teams for stock planning and availability

• Maintain sales records, reports, distributor data, and operational documentation

• Monitor distributor performance and market activities

• Ensure smooth communication between sales team and internal departments

• Handle sales operations professionally and resolve operational issues efficiently

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations / FMCG Distribution Coordination

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of MS Excel, reporting, and ERP/software systems

• Ability to manage multiple distributors and operational tasks simultaneously

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in FMCG or dairy industry will be preferred

• Must be disciplined, organized, and capable of working under pressure
