EcoSignX is growing, and we’re looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development & Sales Professional who can confidently handle high-value clients, generate leads through multiple channels, and professionally close deals.

We are a creative design company working on a wide range of 3D visualization projects, with a core focus on landscape, master planning, resorts, events, and exhibitions. We’re looking for a skilled 3D Visualizer/ Landscape Designer with must have drafting skills to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Convert assigned social media marketing leads into paying clients
• Prospect and connect with decision-makers through LinkedIn and professional channels
• Build strong relationships with architects, real estate developers, contractors, landscaping companies, and property owners to generate leads and prospects
• Manage high-value client conversations and close deals professionally
• Develop sales pipelines and maintain CRM records
• Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 2 years of Proven experience in business development and sales closing
• Strong background in 3D design, architectural visualization, landscaping, or related industries preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Experience closing premium or high-ticket service deals
• Confident in LinkedIn prospecting and outbound sales strategies
• Results-driven with a strong track record of revenue generation
