Senior Operations Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a responsible and driven Professionas to manage last mile delivery operations for our US Logistics company. If you have experience in handling delivery teams and daily operations, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Manage day-to-day operations of the delivery center
• Handle abd track delivery drivers
• Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery performance
• Monitor daily productivity and attendance
• Resolve delivery-related issues and escalations
• Ensure proper route planning and load distribution
• Drive hiring of 1099 delivery drivers as per requirement

Requirements:

• Experience in last mile/logistics operations preferred
• Team handling experience is a must
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
