* Plan, execute & scale Meta ad campaigns
* Optimize performance across the full funnel
* Run A/B tests and improve conversion rates
* Analyze data and drive actionable insights
* Manage large ad budgets efficiently

What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience with Meta Ads scaling
* Strong grip on Ads Manager, Pixel & tracking
* Expertise in targeting, retargeting & funnels
* Analytical mindset with a focus on results
