Senior Medical Billing Executive

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Medical Billing Executive to join our growing healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) team.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US medical billing, insurance policies, claims processing, denial management, and accounts receivable (AR) follow-up. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage billing operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US medical billing and claims processing.
• Handle claim rejections, denials, corrections, and resubmissions.
• Perform AR follow-ups and resolve outstanding insurance claims.
• Review EOBs, ERAs, and payment discrepancies.
• Communicate with insurance payers to resolve billing issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely claim submissions.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in US medical billing or healthcare RCM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial insurance.
• Expertise in claim submission, denial management, rejection handling, and AR follow-up.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, EOBs, ERAs, and payer portals, with strong communication skills.
