Medgentive is looking for a motivated and professional Medical Appointment Setter to support our business growth by reaching out to healthcare providers, medical practices, and other relevant healthcare organizations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, confidence speaking with healthcare professionals, and the ability to generate qualified leads and schedule business meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to medical practices, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Introduce Medgentive's services professionally and clearly.
• Identify decision-makers, including practice owners, office managers, and administrators.
• Qualify prospects based on business needs and service requirements.
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls and email.
• Maintain accurate lead records and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet agreed daily activity, lead qualification, and appointment targets.

Requirements

• Strong spoken English and professional telephone etiquette.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, B2B sales, or healthcare outreach.
• Experience contacting US healthcare providers or medical practices is a plus.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professional conversations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking, and follow-up processes.
• Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a professional calling environment.
