Medical Biller

Description:

We are hiring an experienced Medical Biller to handle AR follow-up and insurance calls for a New York telehealth practice. This is an on-site role at our office in Gulshanabad, Adyala Road, Rawalpindi, working the US night shift.

Responsibilities

• Work AR follow-up on unpaid and underpaid claims
• Call insurance companies to check claim status and resolve issues
• Work denials, correct claims and resubmit or appeal
• Use Office Ally for claim submission and tracking
• Document all follow-up activity accurately

Requirements

• Hands-on Office Ally experience
• 1+ year of US medical billing and AR follow-up
• Knowledge of denials, CPT, ICD-10 and modifiers
• Good spoken English for insurance calls
• NY payers and telehealth billing experience is a plus
