Description:

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate data from Health Services, Sales, Marketing, and other relevant departments.
• Validate and reconcile data from different sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
• Develop and maintain centralized databases, data standards, and reporting protocols.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analytical reports for management and donors.
• Monitor organizational KPIs and calculate health-impact indicators against agreed targets.
• Develop and regularly update integrated dashboards for senior management.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and areas requiring management attention.
• Provide verified data for donor reports, audits, third-party verification, research, and regulatory reporting.
• Support the integration of data from SAP, MREP, and other organizational systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate data collection, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, security, backup, and version control of organizational data.
• Requirements:
• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
