Consolidate data from Health Services, Sales, Marketing, and other relevant departments.
Validate and reconcile data from different sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
Develop and maintain centralized databases, data standards, and reporting protocols.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analytical reports for management and donors.
Monitor organizational KPIs and calculate health-impact indicators against agreed targets.
Develop and regularly update integrated dashboards for senior management.
Identify trends, performance gaps, and areas requiring management attention.
Provide verified data for donor reports, audits, third-party verification, research, and regulatory reporting.
Support the integration of data from SAP, MREP, and other organizational systems.
Identify opportunities to automate data collection, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
Maintain strict confidentiality, security, backup, and version control of organizational data.
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
