Senior Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee the operational execution of multiple cross-border M&A engagements. Focuses on client engagement, transaction coordination, & operational excellence, ensuring transactions progress smoothly from onboarding to closing.

This is not a technical M&A advisory role. advices remain with the firm's partners and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary day-to-day contact for clients, investors, buyers & stakeholders.

Manage client onboarding, engagement documentation, NDAs, & ongoing communications.

Coordinate multiple live transactions, meetings, executive briefings, action plans, & milestone tracking.

Oversee document management, virtual data rooms, confidentiality, & version control.

Prepare executive reports, company profiles, meeting minutes, & management updates.

Coordinate internal research, marketing, sourcing & administrative teams while monitoring deadlines & resolving operational issues.

Supervise team members through coaching, performance management, & professional development.

Maintain CRM systems, transaction trackers, reporting dashboards, & recommend workflow improvements.

Candidate Profile

MBA from a top tier university.

Minimum 10 years' professional experience.

Background in client engagement, project management, consulting, corporate finance, professional services, or transaction coordination.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects & engage senior executives and business owners.

Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, consulting, business brokerage, accounting advisory, or legal advisory. International exposure, CRM expertise, project management certifications, digital marketing experience, & additional European language are advantageous.
