Senior Manager

Description:

• Lead and oversee the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), ensuring enterprise projects are aligned with strategic objectives and delivered within scope, schedule, and budget.

• Manage full project lifecycle governance, supervise Project Managers, and ensure standardized PMO practices aligned with PMBOK and Agile methodologies.

• Drive portfolio oversight, resource optimization, financial control, risk mitigation, KPI-based performance monitoring, and executive stakeholder engagement while ensuring operational efficiency of the EPMO.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with 8–10 years of project management experience, including 3–5 years leading enterprise strategic initiatives; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

• Strong expertise in project portfolio management, PMBOK and Agile methodologies, risk and budget control, KPI driven performance management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, governance, and change management capabilities with strong communication and decision-making skills.
