💼 We’re Hiring: Senior Manager – Billing

📍 Location: Bahria Town, Karachi

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned professional to lead our consumer billing operations for utilities including Electricity, Water, Gas, and Maintenance Services.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in billing management, strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to perform under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end consumer billing processes and ensure accuracy.

Lead, train, and supervise the billing team to maintain service quality.

Handle customer queries, disputes, and conflict resolution effectively.

Coordinate with Finance, Technical, and Customer Service departments.

Drive continuous improvements in billing systems and efficiency.

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

Master’s in Finance / Accounting or CA / ACCA / CMA (Part Qualified)

Minimum 8+ years’ experience in consumer billing — preferably in the utilities sector (Electricity, Gas, Water, Maintenance).

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
