🕒 Shift Timing: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM OR 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM
💰 Salary: PKR 80,000 – 110,000 (Based on Experience)
About the Role
Kamsoft Technologies is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee client orders from initiation to final delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the Sales, Production, and Shipment teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely project execution, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Receive and review order details from the Sales Team.
✅ Coordinate and transfer complete order information to the Production Team.
✅ Monitor production progress and ensure all orders are completed within committed timelines.
✅ Regularly follow up with production teams and provide status updates to the Sales Team.
✅ Monitor customer communications and remind Sales Representatives to respond to clients promptly.
✅ Maintain accurate records of:
Order status
Production timelines
Order cancellations
Final production costs
Shipment and delivery updates
✅ Update and manage all operational Excel sheets, CRM Record and tracking reports.
✅ Coordinate closely with the Shipment Controller to track deliveries and maintain shipment records.
✅ Share shipment and tracking information with the Sales Team for client communication.
✅ Ensure seamless coordination from order placement through final product delivery.
✅ Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve operational issues.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree preferred.
✔ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, Operations Coordination, Customer Success, or a similar role.
✔ Strong communication and follow-up skills.
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
✔ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
✔ Experience in managing production workflows will be considered a plus.
