Senior Hvac Technicians

We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team at Siflex HVAC Solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in handling a variety of HVAC systems and the ability to lead projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🔧 Perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations for:
• Split ACs
• Ducted systems
• Floor standing units
• Package units
• VRF/VRV systems
• Chillers
• 🏗️ Lead the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial sites
• 👨‍🔧 Supervise and guide junior technicians and helpers during on-site operations
• 📋 Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction
• 🛠️ Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance visits
• 📝 Prepare and maintain documentation for site work, testing, and handover reports
