We’re looking for a hands-on technician to service electric bikes, diagnose faults, and support customers with repairs and warranty claims.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in EV bikes.
• Inspect batteries, BMS, motors, controllers, chargers, and wiring.
• Carry out brake, suspension, wheel alignment and routine service work.
• Inspect warranty complaints and document findings for approval.
• Maintain service job cards, repair records and spare parts usage.
• Perform safety checks and final testing before returning bikes.
• Explain repairs and maintenance requirements clearly to customers.
• Follow safe battery handling and electrical isolation procedures.

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of relevant motorcycle repair, electrical diagnostics, or EV service experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to use a multimeter, diagnostic tools, and wiring diagrams.
• DAE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Automotive Technology, or a relevant technical diploma/certificate.
• Direct EV bike service experience is preferred.
• Good customer communication and troubleshooting skills.
