Senior Functional Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance module). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions while supporting stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support end-to-end implementations of D365 Finance modules

* Analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements

* Configure and customize Dynamics Finance solutions based on business needs

* Collaborate with finance teams to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption

* Support data migration, integrations, and system testing activities

* Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user manuals

* Coordinate with developers for customizations and third-party integrations

* Conduct UAT sessions, user training, and post-implementation support

* Troubleshoot and resolve functional and system-related issues

* Ensure compliance with financial processes, reporting standards, and audit requirements

Required Skills & Experience

* 4–6 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics

* Minimum 3–4 end-to-end implementations within Finance modules

* Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting

* Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design

* Solid understanding of finance operations and accounting workflows

* Experience with integrations, reporting, and data migration processes

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
