Description:
We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented ERP Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration, business process analysis, and end-user support.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, translate them into effective ERP solutions, and support successful implementation and optimization of ERP systems. Experience with Odoo or Oracle ERP will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into effective ERP functionalities and solutions.
- Configure ERP modules based on business and operational requirements.
- Support ERP implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for required customizations.
- Troubleshoot functional ERP issues and provide timely resolutions or escalate complex issues when required.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and prepare test scenarios and documentation.
- Provide end-user training, system demonstrations, and ongoing functional support.
- Collaborate with project managers, senior consultants, developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Assist in data migration, validation, and system integration activities.
- Maintain functional documentation, user guides, and project-related records.
- Stay updated on ERP functionality, industry trends, and implementation best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration, consulting, or functional support.
- Strong understanding of core business processes, including Finance & Accounting, HR, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo, Oracle, or other ERP platforms is preferred.
- Candidates who have completed their articles in ERP implementation, ERP consulting, or related functions will be preferred.
- CA Finalists, ACCA-qualified/part-qualified candidates will be highly preferred.
- Experience in client-facing ERP implementation or consulting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process mapping skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both functional and technical teams.
- ERP-related certifications will be considered an added advantage.
