Odoo Functional Consultant

We’re Hiring | Odoo Functional Consultant – Implementation & Support | Lahore

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team for the implementation and ongoing support of a 360° University Management System.

This is a permanent, on-site role in Lahore, with the successful candidate expected to work closely with university stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, testing and deployment of Odoo-based university management solutions.

• Coordinate with the development/technical team for functional requirements, issues and enhancements.

• Engage with university stakeholders and end users to understand requirements and resolve functional issues.

• Conduct UAT, system testing, user training and implementation support.

• Manage user roles, access and permissions.

• Prepare project documentation, user guides and implementation reports.

• Track issues, milestones and implementation progress and report to management.

• Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting and system maintenance.

• Act as a bridge between the client, end users, project management and technical team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in Odoo, ERP implementation, functional consulting or enterprise software support.

• Good understanding of Odoo and ERP systems from an end-user/functional perspective.

• Experience in ERP implementation, UAT, testing and user support.

• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

• Good documentation, reporting and project coordination skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Linux and networking.

• Understanding of user management, access control and system administration.
