About Al Furqan Travels

Al Furqan Travels is looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and professional Travel Consultant / Umrah Agent to join our team in Garden Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist customers with their Umrah travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with Umrah packages, including flights, hotels, and visa arrangements.
- Prepare customised Umrah packages according to customers’ budgets and preferences.
- Handle flight reservations, ticketing, and travel-related inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about travel requirements, itineraries, and package details.
- Communicate with customers professionally through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Follow up with potential clients, convert inquiries into bookings, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and relevant service providers.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Previous experience in the travel industry, particularly in Umrah sales, is preferred.
- Knowledge of Umrah packages, visa procedures, and flight bookings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to generate leads, follow up with customers, and close sales.
- Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
