Senior Executive

Description:

UTM Pakistan is looking for a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 / 𝗔𝗠 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 with strong expertise in managing end-to-end supply chain operations.

Location: Karachi
Experience: Minimum 2 years (FMCG, Food, Pharma, or Cosmetics industry preferred)

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬:
- Managing Reorder Levels & Buffer Stocks
- Handling Primary & Secondary Packaging Materials
- Understanding of MOQ & EOQ principles
- Costing & coordination for imported materials
- Effective vendor communication & coordination
- Managing hundreds of SKUs – from forecasting → purchase orders → consumption
- Overseeing Raw, Packaging & Finished Materials Management
- Knowledge of Work-in-Progress (WIP) Management will be a plus

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Strong command of MS Excel & ERP systems
- Proven experience in forecasting, planning, and inventory optimization
