Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior D365 CRM Consultant to join our Karachi office. This role is ideal for someone who has strong technical depth across the Dynamics 365 CRM suite and has experience mentoring or leading a small team of consultants.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and Power Platform (Model Driven App, Canvas App, Power Portal, Power Automate)
Lead small technical teams on assigned projects, providing guidance and code reviews
Customise CRM using JavaScript, Plugins (C#), Workflows, Power Automate, and Web Resources
Collaborate with onshore functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Perform data migration, integration setup (using APIs or middleware), and solution deployments
Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM issues independently
Ensure best practices in code quality, ALM, and solution architecture
Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
✅ What You Bring:
4+ years of hands-on technical experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing)
Proficiency in C# (Plugins), JavaScript, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Custom APIs, and third-party integrations
Working knowledge of Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages
Prior experience in mentoring or leading small technical teams (2–5 members)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Microsoft certifications are a strong plus
