Description:
Bidec Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. looking for a highly skilled and strategic “Senior Digital Marketer” to lead and execute impactful marketing initiatives across performance, branding, and social channels. This role is ideal for someone who can balance data-driven performance marketing with creative brand storytelling.
You will be responsible for driving growth, managing paid campaigns, optimizing digital presence, and crafting compelling ad copy that delivers measurable results especially within the IT/SaaS landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and manage brand positioning and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create high-converting ad copy for paid campaigns, landing pages, and social media.
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms; provide actionable insights.
- Manage SEO & SEM strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong visual branding.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to refine strategies.
- Oversee campaign budgets, ROI tracking, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing (preferably in an IT or SaaS company).
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, paid ads, and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills for ads and digital content.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
