ITNX is recruiting a Senior Consultant — Data, Analytics & AI for our international management consulting client, based on-site in Karachi.

 

This is a consulting role that happens to require deep technical capability. Not the other way around.

The work looks like this:

 

You receive a brief: a regional bank is losing customers to neobanks and wants to know whether a $2M AI investment can reverse the trend in 12 months. Before you open a notebook, you've already mapped the data infrastructure gaps, identified where the legacy systems will fail you, and formed a working hypothesis on what's actually driving churn.

 

By the end of the week, you've translated a complex analytical finding into a three-slide executive recommendation — structured, clear, and ready for a board room.

 

That's the standard.

What we're hiring for:

 

→ Consulting craft first. You structure ambiguous problems before solving them. You think in frameworks, not features.

 

→ Strategic business sense. You understand what a CFO, CDO, or COO is actually trying to achieve — and you orient your analysis around that, not around what's technically elegant.

 

→ Technical depth. Python, SQL, Power BI, Azure ML, GenAI application design. You've built and deployed — not just theorised.

 

→ Executive communication. You can write a clear narrative, build a compelling slide, and defend a recommendation in a room full of senior stakeholders.

 

→ Hypothesis-driven mindset. You form a view early, stress-test it with data, and know when to revise it. You don't wait for perfect information before taking a position.

📍 Karachi — On-site, full-time

🕐 Monday–Friday, aligned to client time zone

📅 2–3 year engagement (renewable)

🎓 3–5 years in analytics, consulting, or digital transformation
