Senior Business Development Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Executive professionals with proven experience in selling vehicles to global markets. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling clients in Africa, Caribbean, and other international regions, with a strong ability to lead sales strategy, close high-value deals, and build long-term dealer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

·      Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand export markets

·      Manage and grow dealer networks across Africa, Caribbean & emerging regions

·      Lead end-to-end vehicle sales cycle (auction sourcing to shipment coordination)

·      Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets

·      Negotiate pricing, freight, and volume-based deals with international buyers

·      Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional demand

·      Supervise and mentor sales executives (if applicable)

·      Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure repeat business

What we’re looking for

·      3-4 years of proven experience in international automobile sales/export

·      Demonstrated sales track record in Africa, Caribbean & other export regions

·      Strong understanding of Japanese auction systems and vehicle grading

·      Excellent English communication (spoken & written)

·      Strong leadership, negotiation & closing skills

·      Target-driven mind-set with consistent performance history
