Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation tasks, including pre-UAT setup, UAT sessions, and deployments.
• Assist customers during implementation, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate on testing, bug tracking, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and issue logs.
• Provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth solution adoption.
• Learn banking workflows and financing products under senior mentorship.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of software implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Understanding of banking workflows (preferred).
• Basic technical skills (SQL queries, debugging, scripting).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in computer science, IT or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer delivery, or technical support.
