Liberty Mills Limited is hiring for 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
The Security Incharge will be responsible for managing all aspects of security within the premises, including floor-level monitoring, material movement control, and gate management. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in industrial security operations.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Supervise and lead the security team.
Monitor activities on production floors to ensure security protocols are followed.
Oversee the movement of raw materials, finished goods, and machinery to prevent theft or unauthorized access.
Manage gate operations including checking of in/out movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
Ensure all gate entries, vehicle logs, and material gate passes are accurately maintained.
Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and incident investigations on the floors and surrounding areas.
Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control points.
Coordinate with relevant departments during emergencies or incidents.
Maintain updated security reports, shift schedules, and disciplinary records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Education: Preferably Graduation.
5–6 years of experience in a similar role; textile or industrial background preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with floor operations, material handling, and gate management systems.
Ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
