Female Security Guard

NFK Exports, a leading textile manufacturing and export unit located in the SITE area of Karachi, is actively hiring a Female Security Guard / Searcher to strengthen its facility compliance and security infrastructure. This is a vital front-line position responsible for maintaining safety protocols, enforcing security SOPs, and ensuring that the premises remain protected and orderly at all times.

The ideal candidate should be vigilant, physically fit, and well-disciplined. Although prior security experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this a great opportunity for dedicated individuals who are passionate about workplace safety and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine search checks at entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access or prohibited items.

• Monitor staff movement within the premises in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed into restricted areas.

• Assist the security team in maintaining a secure and compliant work environment across all shifts.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per role-specific requirements)

• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods or handling physical checks

• Disciplined and attentive to details and protocol

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a security role

• Must be residing in or willing to commute to the SITE industrial area in Karachi
