HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is hiring a Head of Information Security for one of its clients in the Chemical Manufacturing industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, ensuring robust security measures, and leading IT projects aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring reliability and performance of systems and infrastructure.
✔ Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures for operational excellence.
✔ Develop, deploy, and maintain business-critical applications for production and operations.
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
✔ Ensure robust security measures for protecting sensitive data and infrastructure.
✔ Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
✔ Plan and execute IT projects (infrastructure upgrades, application rollouts) within time and budget.
✔ Manage project teams and resources to achieve project goals.
✔ Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to foster a high-performance culture.
✔ Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management.
✔ Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for quality and cost-effective services.
✔ Collaborate with other departments to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
