This is a strategic leadership role ideal for a retired army or armed forces professional, particularly those with prior experience in the construction sector.

Requirements:

• Retired personnel from Army/Defense Forces (preferably at officer or supervisory level).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a security leadership role.
• Experience in the construction or industrial sector is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective security frameworks from the ground up.
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
• Physically fit, alert, and tactically sound.
