WaysPro Tech is looking for a skilled and execution-focused SEO Executive who can actively work on improving rankings, driving organic traffic, and supporting overall SEO strategy. This role is ideal for someone who understands SEO fundamentals but can also implement, test, and optimize consistently.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping

🔹 Execute on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimization)

🔹 Support technical SEO (indexing, crawling issues, site audits, schema basics)

🔹 Optimize website structure and improve Core Web Vitals & performance

🔹 Assist in creating and optimizing SEO-friendly content

🔹 Build and manage off-page SEO strategies (backlinks, citations, outreach)

🔹 Work on local SEO (Google Business Profile optimization, local listings)

🔹 Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools

🔹 Identify and fix SEO issues (broken links, duplicate content, crawl errors)

🔹 Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers for implementation

Requirements

✅ 1–3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing

✅ Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO basics

✅ Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog

✅ Experience working on WordPress or similar CMS platforms

✅ Basic knowledge of HTML, URL structure, and website architecture

✅ Good analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

✅ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
