Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM implementations, including Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure solutions, and deliver end-to-end implementations that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design scalable SAP HCM solutions.
• Configure SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, and Time Management.
• Lead data migration, testing, and integration activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct user training and documentation.
• Stay updated on SAP HCM best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications:

• 8+ Months of experience in SAP HCM.
• Strong understanding of HR processes .
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• SAP HCM certification (preferred).
