Description:
We are looking for a strong Functional SAP Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Business ByDesign (ByD) across core business processes. Experience with BI/Analytics in ByDesign is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi, Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support functional processes across SAP ByDesign modules such as: Finance (FI), Sales (O2C), Procurement (P2P), Inventory, Projects, SCM
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering with business users and translate them into ByD configurations. Configure and optimize: Work centers, Business rules, Document flows, Master data setups, Approval workflows
- Drive testing cycles, UAT planning, issue resolution, and cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure smooth daily operations in ByD.
- Prepare functional specification documents for enhancements or integrations.
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to enhance business processes.
- Build and support ByDesign BI reports, dashboards, and custom data sources.
Experience
- 3–7 years experience as a Functional SAP Consultant (preferably SAP ByDesign).
- Hands-on configuration experience in SAP ByDesign work centers.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and business process mapping skills.
- Strong documentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple modules and cross-functional scenarios.
