Role Description

This is a full-time, remote internship role based in Karachi for Sales & Business Development Interns. Interns will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales activities, and building relationships with clients. Day-to-day activities include assisting with customer service to foster client satisfaction, participating in sales meetings, and helping to manage training sessions for teams. The role also involves learning sales strategies and contributing to business growth by supporting outreach efforts.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to engage potential clients, promote offerings, and close deals effectively
  • Experience or interest in Training and Sales Management to support and guide clients or team members
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (students in the final year of their studies will also be considered)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software is a plus
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a dynamic, growing company
