Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Leadership Specialist to design, develop, and continuously strengthen graduate-level leadership curriculum and training programs. In close collaboration with our program team, you will bridge the gap between contemporary leadership research and real-world application—crafting learning experiences that are rigorous, engaging, and measurable in their impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, enhance, and develop existing leadership training curricula, including modules, assessments, and course materials.
Apply evidence-based instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to structure and refine curriculum architecture.
Conduct monitoring and evaluation involving comprehensive needs assessments and learner analyses to inform curriculum improvements and development.
Integrate contemporary leadership models, including transformational, servant, adaptive, and systems leadership, into program content.
Design and implement assessments, capstone projects, and evaluation rubrics to effectively measure learning outcomes.
Develop and deliver training programs for educators and facilitators.
Collaborate with facilitators, subject matter experts, and external partners to enrich and contextualize content.
Continuously review and iterate curriculum based on participant feedback and program outcome data.
Stay updated with global trends and best practices in leadership development, adult learning, and organizational behaviour.
Travel and undertake extended stays in other cities, as required, to oversee program delivery, training, and gather on-ground insights.
Qualifications:
At least MS Leadership required; PhD in Leadership strongly preferred.
Experience in curriculum design or instructional design is preferred.
Deep understanding of leadership theory, adult learning principles, and competency-based education.
Strong research background with the ability to translate academic literature into applied training content.
Experience designing both in-person and blended/online learning experiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
