𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Develop and formulate innovative seasoning blends and flavor profiles.

Handle seasoning product development, product matching, and NPD projects.

Conduct sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies.

Evaluate raw materials and ensure formulation quality.

Maintain technical documentation including COA, MSDS & product specifications.

Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, allergen, and labeling requirements.

Coordinate with R&D, QC, QA, Production, and Procurement teams.

Support complaint investigation and product performance analysis.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

4–5 years of relevant experience in seasoning development, flavor formulation, or food product R&D.

Strong expertise in seasoning & flavor formulation.

Good knowledge of sensory evaluation, food safety, and regulatory standards.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Experience in seasoning/flavor house, FMCG, or food manufacturing will be preferred.
