Remote Sales And Bidding Executive

 

Description:

We are a fast-growing game development studio looking for a smart and motivated Sales & Bidding Executive to help us acquire new clients and grow our business. The role involves bidding on platforms like Upwork and finding clients through LinkedIn, Discord, indie game communities, and email outreach.

Your core task is to generate game development leads (2D/3D, Unity, multiplayer, WebGL, PC/mobile games) and bring in quality projects.

 

Responsibilities:

· Write and submit personalized proposals on Upwork and similar platforms

· Actively search for clients on LinkedIn, Discord servers, game dev communities, and forums

· Handle direct outreach campaigns (e.g., cold DMs/emails on LinkedIn)

· Qualify leads and convert them into clients

· Collaborate with the team to understand service offerings and pricing

· Coordinate client onboarding after closing a deal

 

Requirements:

· Experience with Upwork bidding or freelance platform sales

· Good understanding of the game development industry (Unity, casual games, multiplayer, assets, etc.)

· Excellent English communication skills

· Strong understanding of LinkedIn and/or Discord for outreach

· Self-driven with a sales mindset

· Prior sales or lead generation experience is a huge plus
