Remote Patient Monitoring (rpm) Executive

 

Description:

We’re hiring MBBS Doctors to lead Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) workflows and support Chronic Care Management (CCM) for U.S.-based practices. You’ll monitor patient vitals dashboards, conduct structured follow-ups, document to CMS standards, and coordinate with U.S. providers for timely interventions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Monitor RPM dashboards (BP, HR, SpO₂, weight, glucose) and escalate per protocol

 

 

Conduct clinical follow-ups and adherence coaching for chronic conditions

 

 

Document encounters in EHR per CMS/RPM/CCM requirements

 

 

Coordinate with U.S. physicians/care teams for care plan updates

 

 

Educate patients on self-management, medications, and red-flag symptoms

 

 

Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of all PHI

 

 

Required Qualifications

 

MBBS (mandatory). BDS, Pharm-D, nursing or non-MBBS profiles will not be considered!

 

 

Strong English communication (spoken & written)

 

 

Comfortable with night/evening shift and onsite work in Karachi

 

 

Tech savvy: EHRs, RPM portals, VoIP/telephony; fast typing & accurate documentation
