Relationship Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Liabilities located in Multan. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of liabilities accounts, identifying and acquiring new clients, and nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities include generating deposits, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and providing financial advisory services. The individual will act as a liaison between the bank and its clients, ensuring that their financial needs are met effectively.

Qualifications
 

• Strong relationship management and customer service skills to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Expertise in financial products, liabilities management, and a strong understanding of banking services.
• Sales and business development skills to meet and exceed deposit acquisition and cross-selling targets.
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Relevant educational background, preferably a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services roles will be an added advantage.
• Sound understanding of market trends and customer needs in the financial industry.
