Senior Lead Generation Specialist

Description:

We're hiring a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to build and run Risvox's outbound engine end-to-end — sourcing, outreach, follow-up, and handoff of sales-qualified leads. You'll work directly with the founder with ownership of the top of funnel.

What You'll Own

· Pipeline strategy: Define ICPs, build target lists, prioritize outreach.

· LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

· Cold email infrastructure (Smartlead or equivalent).

· Prospecting & enrichment with Apollo.io.

· Reporting on outreach metrics.

· Continuous experimentation.

· CRM hygiene and lead handoff.

What We're Looking For

· 3+ years of B2B outbound experience.

· Experience with LinkedIn outreach.

· Smartlead (or similar) proficiency.

· Apollo.io experience.

· Knowledge of Sales Navigator, automation and CRM tools.

· Strategic mindset and excellent written English.

· Self-directed ownership.

· Agency lead generation experience is a plus.
