🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Drive business generation through advisory and financing transactions.
Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Generate investment proposals for equity participation and manage portfolio quality.
Supervise and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to ensure high performance.
Monitor credit quality and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
Collaborate across departments to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

🎓 Qualification & Experience:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred (HEC-recognized institution).
Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in Corporate and/or Investment Banking.

Proficiency in financial modeling and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
