Job Title: Relationship Associate/Manager – Bancassurance
Location: Karachi
Department: Bancassurance
Experience: 1–2 years in Bancassurance/Insurance sales

🎯 Key Responsibilities
📢 Promote General Insurance products at assigned bank branches.
🤝 Build strong relationships with bank staff and walk-in customers.
📈 Generate leads and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
💡 Provide expert, needs-based financial advice to customers.
📝 Maintain accurate records and reports of all sales activities.

🎓 Requirements
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
💼 Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Bancassurance or Insurance sales.

🗣️ Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

🔥 Mindset: Target-driven with a hunger for sales success.

📍 Location: Must be based in Karachi and willing to work on-site at bank branches.

💰 Compensation
Salary Package: PKR 50,000 – 80,000
