🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing to onboarding

Screen/interview candidates

Collaborate with hiring managers

Use ATS & job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

Track hiring metrics & ensure a smooth candidate experience

🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment experience

Excellent communication & organizational skills
